Terms of service

§1. General provisions

The Recens online store at recensau.com is operated by Recens, ul. Władysława Łokietka 5/2, 70-254 Szczecin, Poland, VAT ID PL6372177703 (the “Seller”). Contact: biuro@recens.com, tel. +48 721 601 882.

§2. Products and personalisation

The store sells numbered bars of 999.9 fine gold weighing 0.1 g, fitted with an NFC chip that can carry a personal message (audio, video, photo or text). The Customer provides the personalisation content after placing the order, via a dedicated panel.

§3. Orders and payment

Orders can be placed 24/7 through the store. Prices are in euro (EUR) and include VAT and shipping. Available payment methods are shown at checkout.

§4. Fulfilment and delivery

Orders are fulfilled within the time stated on the product page. Delivery is by insured FedEx courier, as described in the “Shipping & returns” section.

§5. Complaints

The Customer may file a complaint about goods that do not conform to the contract. Complaints should be sent to biuro@recens.com. The Seller responds within 14 days.

Privacy policy

Recens (details above) is the controller of your personal data. We process data to fulfil orders, handle payments and delivery, and — with your consent — for marketing.

Data we process

We process the data provided with your order (name, address, e-mail, phone) and the content submitted for NFC personalisation. Personalisation content is treated as confidential and used solely to provide the service.

Shipping & returns

Delivery

Insured FedEx shipping in a discreet, gift-ready package. The price includes everything: the NFC chip, your personal recording and delivery (€58.99). We can also ship directly to the recipient, with no price documents in the parcel.

Returns

Consumers may withdraw from the contract within 14 days. The right of withdrawal does not cover personalised products (with individual NFC content uploaded or a custom engraving), in accordance with consumer law.

Cookie policy

The store uses cookies necessary for operation (cart, session) and — with your consent — analytics and marketing cookies. You manage consent in the cookie banner; you can change it at any time by clearing your browser data.
